Hi All,

We have requirement of cost center admin (similar to HR Business Partners) as below. Please let me know if you have come across such requirement and solution offered for the same.

Majority in of population in the customer site is Blue collar. Cost center administrator apply absences for blue collar worker belongs to his respective cost centers (i.e. Department).

There is no standard role for cost center admin hence we are customizing clone of HR specialist role to meet the requirement. We are facing big challenge in meeting approval requirement of cost center initiated absence transaction (or any other transactions such as DOR)  as there is no attribute available in BPM to identify absence transaction initiator. Fusion provide the functionality to differentiate the tractions initiator between employee, line manager and HR specialist but no option to differentiate between HR Specialist and CCA.
