Unable to see all options under Advanced Rule under 'Learning Initiative'

Hi All,

When i am creating Learning Initiative on the Advanced Rule tab, i can see only Learner Reconciliation checkbox.I am not able to find other options validity, expiry, and renewal.Am i missing anything.
