I have deactivated the Ace Alert Notification message template as we do not want the messages to be sent, if a user accidently adds a recipient to the ACE candidate alert on the Requisition, will the email message still be sent?

I have done the same thing with the Daily Recruiting Report, we do not want these emails to be sent to users, until such time as we create our own messages.
