What resources do you have to support Oracle HCM Cloud

Our department is working on a resourcing plan for managing HCM and I’m curious if you could share your HCM support model. 

Currently, we have a HR Tech Analyst that handles functional configuration.  In addition, we have a Product Owner role that aligns the system to business objectives.  I feel that we may be missing a technical resource that can handle OTBI, fast formulas and HDL files. 

Anyone willing to share their model?
