Future dated department not showing in Department Tree area.

Hi Guys, 

I've created a future dated department and then tried to add this to a new tree. When searching for the new department to add in 'Manage Department Trees' and adding an extra search field for 'Effective Date' and the department still doesn't show- any idea?

Department effective date is 20/02/19

New Tree Version effective date is 6/05/2019.
