Custom Role with access to Manage Employment and costing information only

I have a requirement to create a custom role for a Finance Business Partner.  The intention is for the role to only access Manage Employment, Manage Costing for a Person and Reporting.  They should not have access to personal information or salary information.

I wondered if anyone has created a similar custom role that would be willing to share their configuration.
