Is there a way to restrict the supplier in Accessing non negotiated Agreement

Hi Gurus-

Need your inputs/help on below case

On supplier portal a Supplier can view/access all the Agreement assigned to him/her from Manage Agreement or Manage Order but is there a way we can restrict the Supplier from viewing the Agreement assigned to him/her that does not set as negotiated?
