New Hire approval error when entered salary but payroll doesn't

Hi experts,

We constantly having issues during new hire/add assignment/WR transactions. Users forget to enter payroll information and enter salary information and approval processes fault although users get notification that a transaction successfully approved.

The point is that if an approval transaction is disabled, transactions complete successfully.

Does anybody faced the same? SRs?

Please find an error message.
