Hi,

I have a slightly different issue. I am trying to fetch the home mobile  number for all the employees. When i use the filter, I am only getting those employees who have updated their phone information in the system. How can I fetch employees with and without the phone number info.  So the report should contain all the employee rowa whether or not they have the Home mobile phone number updated. Please advise.

I tried use some case statements but I am unable to fetch blank values for the employees who do not have any phone number. The report is eliminating all the employees who do not have their phone number updated.
