Adding more Gender Options for candidates to select in on-boarding process

Is it possible to add more Gender options under the 'select gender' question in the candidate on-boarding process

Hello,

We have been asked to find out if it is possible to add more options for candidates to select from under the 'Select Gender' question when the candidate fills out their onboarding form

Could anyone please confirm where in Taleo the config/menu options are to add more options under this drop down menu?
