PO Accrual Account not defaulted from SLA

Hello,
Version R13.
It's new BU. We are facing below issue when we r trying to make new PO's with Destination type : EXPENSE.
Error Message : - You must provide a value for the attribute PO Accrual Account
So we defined Mapping set for Purchasing Application and Input source - Sold-to BU with my chart of account. Now we got new error message
Error Message : The accrual account combination cannot be used because it is not a liability account.
However , we are using account type as EXPENSE account at mapping setup level. Even though same error message appearing during creation of PO.
