Hello,

Does anybody has the same need ?

In Taleo Configuration, when you create a new message template and decide that the delivery type will be “automatic”, you can see, under this “Delivery Type” field, a long Triggering Events list (please refer to the screenshot attached).

Some of them are easy to understand, contrary to other triggering events.

That’s why we have asked Oracle Support and our CSM if there was some documentation regarding those triggering events and their use cases.

However, they were not able to provide a detailed document regarding this topic despite those triggering events are standard and not user-defined.
