Managers Changing Working Hours using the new Responsive Page

Hi,

The Change Working Hours responsive page which Managers use to update Employees Working Hours no longer requires Managers to select an Action & Action Reason.  Therefore, is it possible to add the 'Action' field back onto the Page?  The reason is we disabled the seeded 'Working Hours Change’ Action and created our own Actions called ‘Increase Hours’ and ‘Decrease Hours’.  I used Page Composer and did find a hidden Action field but the Actions listed are not exactly the same as our Actions.
