Hi!

We have a custom employee role and have associated the following priv:

ORA_SVC_HELPDESK_SR_CREATION

ORA_PER_WORKERS_LOV_REST_SERVICE_DSPS

However, on clicking on 'Save and Close' in the Create Service Request, we encounter the error and unable to proceed.
