We need to create custom fields in personal information page to complaince with US law

Hi All,

We have a requirement where we need to create below fields which employee should be able to update. To Complaince with US law we need to create these data. Can some one please help us how we can crate these fields. Can we add this in Biographical info ? or any other page which is accessible to employee?  I am sure US based client project would have got this requirement for sure. 

Any help would be appreicated. Below are the fields we need to create

1. Gender Self-Identify (Female; Male; X = Non-Binary, decline to state)

2. Do you identify as transgender?
