Uploading SCORM error

Trying to upload a SCORM package in OLC and getting WLF-5145032 error

Does anyone know what this error means or what I am doing wrong? 

Error: Uploading failed. Try to upload the image again. (WLF-5145032)

Actions: My Workforce/Learning, Actions/Catalog Resources/Add online content Then I drag the zipped file of the SCORM package.

I am very new to OLC so any help would be greatly appreciated.
