Seniority Box missing from Employment Info Tab under Me->Personal Info

Hi All,

For few employees we want to Display Seniority Box from Employment Info Tab under Me->Personal Info.

As a workaround we tried to create a sandbox but unable to achieve the requirement.By adding BUSINESS_MANAGER_VIEW_ALL_DATA to specific employees we were able to view the Seniority Box, But,this is not the intended approach as all the employees cannot have this role attached to them.

Any pointers on achieving this requirement is highly appreciated!
