Hi Experts

I do have query regarding the INTERNAL_EXTERNAL_FLAG which is part of the HR_ALL_ORG_UNITS table or view. May i know how is this populated? When i create a department from UI this flag has a value of 'INT'. Is there a setup related to this. i tried to find this but could not see a setup. 

Is there a field in the Organization.dat file for this flag?

Any inputs?
