Need to change forget password url of career section

Dear Experts,

We are using two career site one is  delivered by oracle and another is from other company which is intregated with taleo

Our requirement when ever candidate click on forget password in taleo career section is shoud redirect in another career which is custom.

Biscally need to add url  of another career site in taleo for "forget password".

Can we achieve this one.
