Error while trying to submit resignation via directory

While trying to submit a resignation via directory ,for some other employee,we get the error ADF_FACES-60097 : For more information,please see the server's error log .

We have arequirement where a user is tagged to a COST CENTER ADMIN (CCA)role ,He is authorised to log leaves,create dor, submit resignation for all the employees who donot have access to the system.hese transactions though submite by  CCA should have an approval route same as that of the employee. So we have copied employee role and named it as CCA. Now this CCA role will access other employees using the directory and action on them via the same.. We have got absences ,Dor correctly getting actioned upon using the directory but for resignation we are facing the below error as soon
