How to identify the Bank Account marked as 'Primary' in sql

Hi,

Would you be able to indicate the SQL Table / Field corresponding to the "Primary" check mark for Expense Bank Accounts (see attached image).

In the IBY_EXT_BANK_ACCOUNTS table, which stores the Bank Accounts, we cannot find any field or flag indicating which is the PRIMARY Bank Account of a particular employee. 

Background: some employees might have one bank account added but without marking it as Primary. We would like to identify these records to be able to correct the issue.
