Requesting for help in few areas in "My competitions" module

Content

1. Is there a feasibility to add participants even after the competition has started. Is there any work around for at least the admin (The owner of the competition) to add participants in an ongoing competition. 

2. Are there any seeded alerts for My Competitions module. 

3. Is there any feasibility to use the seeded alerts that exist for competitions in Wellness module for My Competitions module. 

4. Any delivered workflows for My Competitions module.
