How t get inactive employees less than 500 net payment from "Payroll-Payroll balances real time sub

Hello Gurus, 

I am trying to pull  all employee including terminated employees having <=500 net payment for a processed date range. I am able to get the Active employees but unable to get Inactive employee thought they had a payroll processes for some dues.

To pull this record I used "Payroll-Payroll balances real time subject area" . This report only give active employees .

I tried union with " Workforce management -Worker assignment real time " Subject area , But this did not fetch any results  nor I can pull the active/inactive from the payroll balance real time subject area
