No response or Application error clicking Quick Actions in Newsfeed

We on on 19A and enabled Newsfeed. We recently found that some of the Quick Actions don't seem working properly.

Such as,

Under Me, click Quick Action of Edit My Details. The page is not opening, and it throws an application error as below screenshots attached.

Under Me, click Performance Evaluation. There's no response from the action. The page is not opening and no errors popup.

What's the possible reason for this? Thanks.
