Hello,

We have existing BIP report job which runs and deliver report output via email. And today few customers reached out to us that they did not receive the report we checked BIP job history and it shows that report run successfully and also the our department group mail id and customer email recipient information to which report has sent. We are not sure why the report did not receive.

Does any one faced similar issue where job shows it ran successfully with report output and email recipient information but it report did not received. Please guide us on this.
