Newly Hired Employee does not appear in Person Management

I just hired a new Employee. I received a notification saying that the Employee is hired in the system. But this employee does not appear in Person Management. This is happening while hiring employees of only 1 country. I already checked the following -

1) Approval rules are set to Auto approve

2) HR Specialist data role is set to View all.

Is there anything that I need to check.
