When Creating Candidate From Candidate Pool The Phone Type Does Not Exist

Oracle Recruiting Cloud receiving this error immediately after clicking the Create Candidate action from within a candidate pool.  We aren't prompted to select or enter any information:

ERROR: The phone type does not exist

STEPS: The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Go to Candidate Pools> click on the pool name> click Action> Create Candidate> receive error

Cause: Phone type is not enabled

Solution:  Go to -- "Manage Common Lookups"

Search for lookup type: "PHONE_TYPE"

Make sure following type are ENABLED for Recruiting Create candidate to
function as expected:
