Onboarding Checklist with the Application Task of Payment Methods

Hi,

Has anyone set-up the Onboarding Checklist functionality and created a task for Entering Bank Details?  I have created one and have linked it to the Application Task 'Payment Methods' but when the Employee logs in and opens the task I get an ADF Faces Error.  I have another checklist for Emergency Contacts which works successfully.  The Employee can successfully navigate to Me > Pay > Payment Methods tile and the Payment Methods page is displayed successfully.

I've also tested in IE & Chrome and both browsers display the Error; and my test Employee has the Seeded Custom Employee role assigned.
