Learning Analysis Need Column for Last Job Change

How do I add a field to an analysis for Learning Module that will show the correct date the colleague's Job Title changed? When we add the column MAX("Worker"."Assignment Start Date") we get the top row in Management Employment, even if it is a manager change. My thought is this is due to the Learner/Worker table is flat. Is there another Subject Area we can bring in to the analysis to pull the data we need?
