We need to have approval workflows for any costing changes at the person or position level. If a department makes a change to costing at the people or position level a workflow is needed before the changes are committed to allow approvals to happen from receiving department or cost center. Mount Sinai handles person costing for 10K + employees and desires an enhancement be added to have workflow for these changes.
