Converting Overseas Pending Workers

Hi guys, 

Trying to determine if this is standard behviour:

A candidate form NZ has applied for a role and supplied his NZ address as they're primary home address.

Since hiring in taleo, they've been converted from Pending Worker to Employee (System Person Type) which is working however the details from the Primary Mailing address area don't appear in the same area in HCM, they appear as part of the Mailing Address area which then means that the team need to be entering the address again manually.

Only have 1 legal Entity listed in Australia & can't replicate this at the moment, Geography Trees aren't being used so i would expect for the address to appear in HCM?
