Hello,
Looking for ideas on how to segment our onboarding process in to two pieces. We currently have a new hires complete a series of tasks including completing forms for personal info, direct deposit, tax withholding, view company specific information and acknowledge policies. For our non-exempts, we are looking to essentially delay the acknowledgement of certain policies until after their start date. How would we be able to retain our process, but build in logic to delay this until their start date?
What do other companies do?
