Hi Team,

we have received requirement -
User should be able to access Active employees and shouldn't be able to view any Inactive / Terminated Employees.

I am trying to restrict through Person Security Profile, but there is no direct option based on the Assignment Status  and we have tried with custom Criteria it was not worked as excepted(Attached the SQL  which we referred) this Criteria is restricting the terminated employees but if employees rehires his terminated record is displaying in the person management.

Please let me know is there any possible solutions to meet this requirement
