Quick Action EL is not adhering to our logic.

Hi All

We have the following EL rule added into a quick action definition and yet the quick action will NOT appear even when the end user has the custom role. Any idea why this might be the case?

#{Profile.values.CMP_COMPENSATION_RESPONSIVE_ENABLED eq 'Y'
  and Profile.values.HCM_RESPONSIVE_PAGES_ENABLED eq 'Y'
  and (securityContext.userInRole['custom rolename'])}
