Hello, 

We are testing the Refer a Friend functionality within Taleo and noticed that when the referrer submits the referral for the candidate, it creates a shell candidate profile and links them to the requisition even if the submission has not been completed by the referred candidate. We would like to know if this is it expected behavior?

If this is expected behavior for the functionality, what is the best practice for dispositioning if the candidate has not completed his/her application (e.g. filled, not selected)?

We are trying to be considerate of the candidate experience, so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
