Can we set Custom Validation Error Message for LE and Department mapping

Hi Team,

We have requirement that on assignment page If we select India LE then all other fields like Dept, location should be filtered only for india. No other locations or departments visible there mapped with India LE . How can we achieve this requirement.

Also If I select India LE and in Department field If select US dept, there should validation error message pop saying LE and Dept mapping doesn't match, how can we achieve this requirement as well

Please give your inputs.
