Hi all - I am creating an agent to send a report to a user.  When I go into the Select User screen and search users, there are times where more than one option comes up.  For example, if I search Available Member Prudence Kruchten in the list of users, two names show up.  When I search Fusion, I see these two users, but one might be prudence.kruchten@pearson.com and the other might be prudence.kruchten1@pearson.com.  How do I determine which one is the one I want to select?  I know I can type in their email address, but want to try
