Hello -

When we are terminating an employee, a field named Employer Comments is available.  HR has been putting any details in this box related to the termination that they would want to track.

This field only shows up when the termination is being done or being corrected.

Is there a way to have this show up on the manager work relationship page without needing to edit?  We have users that only have view access and need to check this information.  I have checked personalizations and do not see a way to have it show up.
