The communications suggest no update for April as it "did not pass all the required quality checks".

Is this applicable across the entire application (PBCS/EPBCS)? That is, all clients. Or is this specific to a region/instance for example?

And is there any documentation available on what the 'quality checks' entail?

Any help appreciated.
