We have some Infolet requirement where we need to use HEAD COUNTS. For this we need to understand what every head count means.

Differentiate between

1. “Average Period Headcount” vs. Voluntary Termination Headcount.
2. Termination Headcount vs. Turnover Headcount
3. (Voluntary/Involuntary) Termination Headcount vs. (Voluntary/Involuntary) Turnover Headcount
4. Period Start vs. Period End Headcounts ,

And what does these below mentioned individual Head Counts means:

1. Average Period Headcount

2.Period End Active Headcount
3.Active Headcount
4.Headcount
5.Inactive Headcount
6. Suspended Headcount
