Is there a way to auto-populate defined values in Assignment>Job Details section?

Hello -

We have added defined values in our Jobs table, such as marking a job as Full-time, Regular, 1.0 FTE and Salaried.  However, when I select this job for a worker, the job details does not populate these values.

I tried to use Position, set it to enable synchronization and ran the process but was not successful.

Is there a way to auto-populate data from the job or position tables so it auto-fills the applicable fields in Job Details of the employment record?
