Reporting on Approval Transactions

Trying to report on pending transactions to pull the data from the notifications onto one report. Struggling to find tables to show Current and Proposed Values and the Approval Flow.

Hi we are currently in process of rolling out Manager Self Service and to help ensure the approvals are completed I am trying to get a report which contains the details which are in the notifications.

We referenced the BI tables used to populate the notifications however my BI developer is struggling to get the data.

Can anyone advise what tables we need to be using the get the data.
