Create a new Action in MY TEAM

Hello,

We have a requirement where our customer want a New Action called as "Job Reclassification" under My Team-->Personal and Employment.

This action will be a new one to the existing  other Transactions like Transfer, Promotion, Terminate etc.

This new action should also go for Workflow Approval.

Can anyone please advice how can we create a new Action in MSS and how can it route to Approvals.
