How to segregate the visibility of courses assignments

Hi all,

Within the Learning module we would like to modify the visibility of courses manageable by the user accordingly to his/her role. For example, a manager should see among the manageable courses a few courses compared to a hr manager, who can see all courses mapped into the system.

Is it possible? And, if yes, how?
