Courses assigned based on competences

Hi all,

Within the Learning module we would like to know if there is a way that automatically assign courses only to workers who don’t reach a minimum score in the competences’ evaluation, and therefore have a skill gap. If yes, is it possible to assign these courses basing them on a managers’ previous approval?
