Which table / column stores the User Email Address (not the person)

Hi 

I would like to know which table / column stored the User level Email Address.
In EBS we had FND_USER and here we have PER_USER but the PER_USER don't have email_address field. 

The PER_EMAIL_ADDRESSES table stores only the email that we attach at the person level. 

Attached is the screen where i give user level email address when i create a new user and i want to track that column and also what is the HDL formatt to update this USER level email address.
