Page Composer Changes and OTBI Subject Area Impact

Will a change done by Page Composer, like Field Label change, get reflected on OTBI Subject Areas? For example if I change Person number to Employee ID on a page and implement at Site level will the change reflect in OTBI subject areas as well where pulling the field in for Reporting.
