Blank Approval Notification - Change Personal Information

Hi Gurus,
I have configured a simple approval workflow for ESS transactions.
The requirement is to send it to HR Operations mailbox. Hence, I have created a dummy user with my email id to test the workflow.
I assigned Employee role and HR Specialist View All role to this user. Approval is working fine but when I login with this user, I don't see any details in the notification. It only displays Approve/Reject/Request for More info
When I assigned our implementation user in the workflow, I am able to see the details in the notification but not with this new user.
