How to use outer join in OTBI Analysis

Hi All,

I am using Worker Assignment Real Time Subject area and i have to pull only the person who has home phone number .

The person who don't have home phone number but i need a row of that particular employee which shows the other columns where the home phone number needs blank like we use outer join in SQL.
