1) In OTBI under learning > Notifications, I am trying to enable deep link but it is not working. 

2) How notifications will work? It will send email to Worker or it will appear on bell icon notification on the page when manager or admin assign a course to a worker?

3) We are using New Feed UX  when Admin assign a course to a worker does notification can be display for a worker under "Things to Finish" ?
